    SF-600 All Aeason Gun PU Foam

      Product Description：
      SF-600 is a classic year-round polyurethane foam filler, especially suitable for construction sector applications in insulation and installation, also suitable for fixation, sound insulation, thermal insulation, sealing, moisture-proof, dust-proof, gas isolation, filling structural vacancies, engineering holes and various cracks, etc. ( The wooden door shall be installed in strict accordance with the wooden door installation specification).

      Application Area：
      1. Installation and fixing of door cover and window frame.
      2. Filling of soundproof walls.
      3. Sealing and filling of wall pipes.
      4. Filling of voids such as walls and roofs.
      5. Filling of cabinet wall to moisture-proof.
      6. Insulation filling of refrigerators, sinks, bathtubs, etc.

      Product Features：
      1. Processing temperature(can and environment) between+5℃～+35℃.
      2. Optimum processing temperature between +18℃～+25℃.
      3. Range of temperature resistance of cured foam is from -30℃～+80℃.
      4. Quick Curing: Tack free time is 10 minutes. The foam can be cut, polished or painted after curing for 60 minutes.
      5. Adhesive: The foam will, adhere to many kinds of materials.
      6. High efficiency: It has wide range of specifications, and it is portable, easy to apply, it saves time and energy.
      7. Safety: Cured foam is non-toxic.

      Instructions：
      1. Shake can vigorously for one minute before using it.
      2. Clean and pre-moisten surface before using it.
      3. Firmly screw can on adapter, and tum the flow adjustment screw anticlockwise.
      4. Fill vertical joints from the bottom up when half-filled enough.
      5. Foam starts curing in 10 minutes. Wait for one hour before doing next step.
      6. Use a knife to flatten the foamed outer layer, and use a material such as cement or paint to finish the surface.

      Limitation：
      Store can upright.
      Contains diphenylmethane-4.4 diisocyanate.
      Extremely flammable.

      Safety Advice：
      1. Keep out of the reach of children.
      2. Do not pierce or burn even after use.
      3. Do not spray on a naked flame or any incandescent material.
      4. During work, wear suitable protective gloves and goggles, no smoking.
      5. In case of insufficient ventilation, wear respiratory equipment.
      6. If the foam comes into eyes or on the skin, please wash it away with clean water and soap: seek for medical care immediately if feeling unwell.
      7. Protect from sunlight and dampness and do not expose to temperature exceeding 50℃.

      Storage：
      Should be stored separately in cool and dry places, temperature at 18 ℃～22 ℃.
      12 months shelf life since the date of production.
