SF-650 Fire-Retardant Gun PU Foam B2

SF-650 flame retardant polyurethane foam filler, self-extinguishing, high safety factor, mainly used in places with flame retardant requirements, also suitable for fixation, sound insulation, thermal insulation, sealing, moisture-proof, dust-proof, gas isolation, filling structural vacancies, engineering holes and various cracks, etc. ( The wooden door shall be installed in strict accordance with the wooden door installation

specification).

1. Installation and fixing of door cover and window frame.

2. Filling of soundproof walls.

3. Sealing and filling of wall pipes.

4. Filling of voids such as walls and roofs.

5. Filling of cabinet wall to moisture-proof.

6. Insulation filling of refrigerators, sinks, bathtubs, etc.

1. Processing temperature(can and environment) between+5℃～+35 ℃.

2. Optimum processing temperature between +18℃～+25℃.

3. Temperature resistance range after curing -30℃～+80℃.

4.Normal applicable humidity: ≥ 45 %

5. Quick Curing: Tack free time is 10 minutes, The foam can be cut, polished or painted after curing for 60 minutes.

6. Good adhesion to most substrates ( excluding PTFE, PE, PP ), If  used on metal parts, it should be coated on the metal surface.

7. Vibration-resistance: It is elastic and buffering.

1. Shake can vigorously for one minute before using it.

2. Clean and pre-moisten surface before using it.

3. Turn the can upside down and fix it on the gun connection, turn counterclockwise to open the nozzle flow valve and adjust the flow.

4. Vertically fill gaps from the bottom, fill the foam about two-thirds of the space.

5. Foam starts curing in 10 minutes. Wait for one hour before doing next step.

6. Use a knife to flatten the foamed outer layer, and use a material such as cement or paint to finish the surface.

1. All surfaces should be clean from oil, greases, loose particles and dust. Dry surfaces should be well sprayed or dampened with water.

2. Fill vertical gaps from the bottom up (pay attention to foam Expansion).

3. Turn off the flow adjustment screw clockwise-direction when finishing.

4. If you need to replace a new can, shake the new can for one minute, then unscrew the empty one, and clean the connection port of the spray gun with a special foam cleaner. Replace the new can as soon as possible to prevent the connection port of the spray gun from solidifying.

5. After using it, please clean the spray gun thoroughly with cleaner immediately.

1. Keep out of the reach of children.

2. Do not pierce or burn even after use.

3. Do not spray on a naked flame or any incandescent material.

4. During work, wear suitable protective gloves and goggles, no smoking.

5. In case of insufficient ventilation, wear respiratory equipment.

6. If the foam comes into eyes or on the skin, please wash it away with clean water and soap: seek for medical care immediately if feeling unwell.

7. Protect from sunlight and dampness and do not expose to temperature exceeding 50℃.

Should be stored separately in cool and dry places, temperature at 18 ℃～22 ℃

12 months shelf life since the date of production
